Peter Bocchino
President
Peter Bocchino is both a financier and developer with twenty-five years of experience. He has spent the last ten years working solely on the development and finance of multifamily “for rent” apartment communities using the HUD 221(d)(4) loan guarantee program.
Through this process, he has developed a strong network of lenders, analysts, real estate professionals, due diligence companies, apartment management companies, and other specialists who assist in the evaluation of proposed projects.
He has worked as both a consultant and developer on over $200 million in projects, gaining deep insight into multifamily development and the process required to generate successful financial commitments and completed projects.
Michael Nelson
Vice President
Michael Nelson brings over 30 years of experience in architecture, construction management, development operations, and the successful completion of millions of square feet of development projects.
He is an accomplished strategist and project director with a thorough knowledge of the disciplines, mechanics, and advanced judgment needed to turn development strategies into executable action plans and completed projects.
He leads development teams, manages entitlements and permitting, oversees and coordinates construction, secures final occupancy, and helps guide projects through to ownership transition.
He is also experienced in creating and managing pro formas, budgets, and detailed development schedules while navigating the challenges that can affect project timing and cost.
